We're seeing timeouts on several Tampa servers. It appears there is a network-wide issue affecting servers located at TPA1. We are currently investigating.

There was a network issue affecting a large portion of the network that caused intermittent timeouts. The issue stemmed from Level 3 and traffic has been re-routed. All servers are now responding normally with no timeouts. If you still have issues please let us know.
We're seeing timeouts on Roscoe at TPA1. On site techs are currently investigating and we should have further details shortly.
02:09PM ET: Roscoe is now responding normally. There was a power issue affecting a portion of this rack which has since been resolved.
Server Roscoe is having file system issues that we are working on resolving now. Some database driven sites may not be able to connect properly while this is resolved. We'll have an update/resolution shortly.
