We're seeing some packet loss from some locations to our TPA1 facility. Network engineers are aware and are currently working on a resolution. This should be resolved within just a few minutes.

Update 2:26 PM ET: Network issues are mostly resolved at this point. If you are still experiencing issues please let us know via ticket or email to support@geekghost.net for further troubleshooting.

Update 2:31 PM ET: It appears a fiber cut was the cause of the network outage. Traffic has been rerouted and there should be no further packet loss at this point.
